Had two snow leopard double gpos with faulty switch mechanisms that were four years old and purchased from sparky direct. Contacted Mark from sparky direct and he sent me two replacement gpos and an extra parcel bag to return the faulty parts without any hesitation. Great service.

This could involve you sending a copy of a Drivers licence with your name and shipping address matching your order. To avoid this check and possible delay please pay Direct Debit or Paypal.
Ebay and or Paypal purchase cancellations - Should you request a refund due to change of mind - Sparky Direct will refund the total amount less the initial Paypal transaction Fee, Paypal have changed their policy and do not refund the initial Paypal merchant fee back to the seller - So this cost must now be incurred by the buyer.
